Small anchorage area, not far from the fairway.
Smaller boats are often caught by the waves from the shipping traffic.
On weekends, there are many sailboats out and about.
In good weather, beautiful sunsets can be seen over Zeuthen/Eichwalde.

Beautiful anchorage with challenging waves from numerous passing boats and the wind.
Seddinsee = with the most and 'largest' waves in the immediate area.
