Atammik is the first village located north of Nuuk. About 150 inhabitants live there, primarily from fishing.
The village has two quays. The first, encountered upon arrival, is reserved for the service station and the supply ship. The second quay is just behind the rock, in front of the fish processing hangar. It is possible to moor there, but fishing boats regularly dock to unload their fish cargo using a crane.
Another option is to anchor in the bay, between the rocks.
Atammik has a Pilersuisoq grocery store.
Approach:
The side of the entry channel on the village side is safe and rock-free.
Fuel:
