Bickholmen is a small islet by Västbacken at the outer part of Sannäsfjorden. A good spot for alongside mooring with a sailboat. You are somewhat exposed to wake from boats entering and exiting Sannäsfjorden, but well sheltered from the general traffic along the 'motorway' past Havstenssund.

The islet is small and not one of the most exciting in the area.
