Entrance and maritime conditions: When you pass the headland at Våghammaren, you should keep a good distance from the shore. Outside the headland lies Vågaskjæret, and there are unmarked shallows further out from the skerry (2 meters depth).
Anchoring: Anchoring depth is 5-18 meters. It is quite steep underwater. In easterly winds, you must lay out extra anchor chain, in case you are pulled out into deeper water.
