Bolvågen: Skogen og beiteområdene strekker seg godt utover.
Bolvågen: Vær oppmerkson på vannledningen som går ute i bukta, men som ikke er merket på flere sjøkart. Her fra nordsiden av bukta.
Innseilingen til Bolvågen er litt industriell, men så snart du runder babord om neset til venstre i bildet forsvinner industrien fra synet. Pass på å gjøre en god sving rundt neset, da det ligger en rekke grunner rett innenfor det.

Innseiling og maritime forhold: Når du passerer neset på Våghammaren bør du holde god klaring til land. Utenfor neset ligger Vågaskjæret, og det er umerkede grunner videre ut for skjæret (2 meter dybde).
Ankring: Ankringsdybde er 5-18 meter. Det er ganske bratt under vann. Ved østlige vinder må du legge ut ekstra godt med ankerkjetting, i tilfelle du blir trukket utover på dypere vann.
