Lå her en natt på svai, August 23. Lite båter og god plass. Godt ankerfeste. Gikk inn og ut nordfra gjennom løpet vest for Lekerøya

Innseiling og maritime forhold: Bommen (eller Pjolter Bay som mange kaller dette stedet) ligger rett øst for Risør sentrum og er en populær naturhavn. Bommen ligger beskyttet inne mellom noen holmer, og du kan gå inn fra nord-øst eller vest. Det nord-østre løpet anbefales for seilbåter.
Ankring: Fortøying med dregg mot land eller ankring på 6-10 meter dyp. Mudderbunn med medium hold, og med fare for å hekte seg fast i gamle moringer og søppel fra tidligere industri i nærheten.
Brygger: Det er også kaianlegg på Risøya, rett øst for Pjolter Bay.
