Enkel og god ankerplass i viken. På svai, dybder alt fra 2-16m. Sandbunn. Idyllisk utsikt i alle retninger. Strandsonen rund er privateid. Den sør-vestlige delen av Foldøy er dyrefredningsområde og der er det forbud mot ilandstigning. Steinete strand mot nord.
