Innseiling og maritime forhold: Innerst i Bunnefjorden, veldig fin innseiling forbi Breivoll.
Ankring: Det er dårlige bunnforhold (sølebunn/løsmasser) så det anbefales ikke å ligge der om det er mye vind. OK skjerming mot vind fra nord-vest, men ikke ligg der på vind fra nord.
Området: Innerst i Bunnefjorden ligger Breivoll, et flott strandområde. Kiosken på Nesset sies å ha den beste softisen på Østlandet, og mange valfarter hit. Det er også en båtbutikk her (http://www.trebaten.no/), en hjem/hobby butikk og en matbutikk. Gode bussforbindelser mot Oslo og Drøbak, og bare noen minutters busstur opp til Vinterbrosenteret som har det meste.
