Innseiling og maritime forhold: Dragsundet ligger nord-vest på Håøya. Skal du helt inn i bukta må du passe deg for en grunne som mange går på.
Ankring: I Dragsund er det flere steder å ankre eller fortøye. Helt innerst i bukta ligger du med dregg mot land. Litt lenger ut er det en lang flytebrygge, hvor det er mulig å fortøye longside, men det blir ofte fullt og da legger man seg med dregg mot brygga. Utenfor flytebrygga er det også mulig å ligge på svai, men litt bratt terreng under vann (5-20 meter).
Området: Håøya er Oslofjordens største friområde og har mange muligheter for friluftsliv. Det er tursti nordover mot Bjørnebukta, sørover mot Tåjebukta og østover mot Håøybukta. Det er renovasjon og toalett på land.
