Der Hafen ist eine große Enttäuschung. Vom Anlaufen ist abzuraten. Der Hafen ist sehr teuer und bietet nichts! Der Service ist miserabel. Es gibt eine öffentliche Toilette. Für die Hafentoilette muss extra bezahlt werden. Ebenso 50 NOK für das Duschen. Das WLan funktioniert nicht. Es ist möglich Brot oder Brötchen zu kaufen aber erst ab 11 Uhr. Der Hafen bietet wenig Schutz bei nördlichen Winden. Insgesamt eine Baustelle mit sehr teuren Liegeplatz.
Achtung: die Schwimmstege sind mit Ankerketten die V-Förmig ins Wasser verlaufen verankert. Die Ketten verlaufen sehr flach und Segelboote verhängen sich mit dem Kiel. Am Steg hängen kleine Schilder“Mooring“. Diese kennzeichnen die Ketten !

Edholmen is a scenic location, often sheltered from the weather, and has a fantastic restaurant (remember to reserve a spot, it is often full).

The marina, however, is not much to boast about. It is very unclear where you can dock, and some spots are quite narrow. We ended up at a private spot because it was too dark to see the small sign down by the water on the pier where we docked. They also have a confusing maximum 3-hour concept on some piers, for restaurant guests. The problem is that there is no map or guide that tells you where is where, either on land or online. So you are dependent on talking to a harbor host if you can find him/her.

Toilets are also closed between 22:00 and 09:00.
