Engen brygge har flere gjesteplasser longside på flytebrygge. Hvis det er fullt på brygga går det helt fint å ligge på svai lenger inn nærmere stranda. Det er god dybde ganske langt inn. Ca 2 km grusvei inn til Svartisvannet. Flere selskaper arrangerer guidet tur opp på breen som sterkt kan anbefales. Da inngår som regel busstur fra brygga og helt opp til der stigningen mot breen starter.

Fortøying: Engen brygge har flere gjesteplasser longside på flytebrygge. Hvis det er fullt på brygga går det helt fint å ligge på svai lenger inn nærmere stranda. Det er god dybde ganske langt inn.
