Innseiling og maritime forhold: Stort sett rent fra øst, noe grunt inn mot fjæra. Bøye lagt ut ved hytta. Vær obs på tidevannstrøm gjennom sundet. Luftspenn 12m (10m angitt på skilt) mellom Store og lille Follesøya. Naturreservat på Store Follesøya.
Ankring: Flere bøyer lagt ut, én på hver side av luftspennet på 10m.
Området: Rikt fugleliv, gjess og terner dominerer.
