5 km on the road eastward to the start of a marked hiking trail up to Olderbakkfjellet, 553m.

You can branch off from this path heading NE to Nordfjellvatnet.
Advised to use Map/GPS.

Further, you can go westward in gently undulating terrain to Gaupgavlen, about 5 km.
