Innseiling og maritime forhold: Grønningen(Svinør lykt) er en fin uthavn ved innløpet til Furuholmen. Det er en grunne til babord i innseilingen, så hold styrbord(sør)
Ankring: Det er grunt inn ved kaien, men mindre motorbåter kan ligge longside. Ellers er det god bunn for å feste dreggen og fortøye baugen inn.
Området: Opparbeidet område av skjærgårdstjenesten, med utedo og søppel tømming. Det er også fin gressplen for evt telt, du finner også en liten strand for barna. Det er anlagt en grill.
Ellers kan en tur opp til lykta anbefales.
