Innseiling og maritime forhold: Nydelig sted hvis man besøker Egersund og kommer sent eller vil spare havneavgift, eller bare vil nyte livet på svai. Ei grunne i bukta som er merket i kartet. Dyp rundt 7meter.
Muligens utsatt flr vestavind, men med godt hold spiller det ingen rolle. Mud.
Fullt mulig m jolle til byen.
Lett innseiling til styrbord etter øya etter brua når man kommer den østre leia til Egersund. Stor ankringsplass også utenfor denne lagunen, som merket i kartet på norskhavneguide.no
Fisken spretter i vannet, men lokale fiskeregler /tider må sjekkes.
