description
Fantastic picturesque little summer idyll of a village and guest harbor! Here, the houses are close together and people say hello in the narrow "streets". If you have SEK or Swish, perhaps you can buy ice cream at the kiosk.
Larger boats (>38 feet) are best moored to the east (to the left of the entrance) where you moor against the dock with your own anchor at the rear. On the other side, there are buoys suitable for slightly smaller boats - and directly to the right of the breakwater, there are "lazy-lines". Places with poles are permanent - but some of them have red/green signs. So, if the sign is green, it's OK to dock here as well.
Moderate harbor fees are collected via Swish or by card/cash during the evening rounds.

Want to know how the wind score works? Then you should read this explanation.
The wind forecasts come from yr.no (Norwegian Meteorological Institute), and was last updated 1 hour and 36 minutes ago (Thursday 12 December 08:27 AM). The next night score shows you the worst hour between 22:00 and 08:00 the next night. We recommend that you check multiple sources for wind forecasts. windy.com is a good website to show larger wind systems.
The safe wind directions for this harbour has been decided by an algorithm, based on how elevated the land around the harbour is. It's mostly correct, but sometimes the underlying data about elevation levels is not good enough to make correct decisions. It's a great help to other if you can validate or adjust the safe wind directions. You can see the data used by the algorithm to decide the safe wind directions by clicking here.
