Flott plass.
Seilbåter kan legge seg opp i mot babord side av brygga da det dypere her.
Ellers er området rett nord for brygga brukt til å ligge på svai.
Veldig barnevennlig bukt inn på holmen som en kan gå over på store steiner. Tang og tare mellom disse steinene forhindrer f.eks. brennmaneter i å komme inn.
Plass for telt på gressplenen, utedo og grill er det på denne holmen.
Kort vei inn til Furuholmen hvor en bl.a. finner butikk og lokalt utsalg av varme fiskekaker i sesong.

Innseiling og maritime forhold: Lyngholmen er en lun naturhavn med brygge like ved underøy. Åpen og trygg innseiling.
Ankring: Fortøy enten longside eller med baugen inn mot brygga eller berget.
Området: Fint opparbeidet steinbrygge, med lun gressplen inne i bukta. En liten lun strand for barna å leke på.
