Fin kai å legge seg opp i mot longside, også for seilbåter.
En må kun legge seg på den nordlige delen av kaien for ikke å sperre for eventuell annen båttrafikk.
Bibliotek med bokbytte finnes på kaien.
Narestø er faktisk en av Norges eldste molohavner – allerede på 1700-tallet ble det bygget en liten molo her.
Narestø er et strandsted i fra 1600-tallet.
Flosta kirke ligger rett i nærheten. Dette er en såkalt votiv-kirke som er betalt av sjømenn opp i gjennom årene. (De hadde kanskje lovet Gud at om de bare overlevde denne stormen her, så skulle de.........!)
