Conditions in the harbor are good, but there is some swell from the fast boat and ferry a few times a day. Friendly harbor attendants come around from time to time to check on the conditions. Shower, toilet, and laundry facilities are good, and you can get a good meal at the restaurant Mr. Nice.
Feel free to take a trip to the Tungeneset lighthouse, which is a nice trip for both adults and children. The trip takes about 45 minutes, and there are good swimming opportunities along the way. In the forest, there are old stone graves.
The grocery store is of course available.

Good space along the outside of the floating docks. Also some spaces on the inside of the western floating dock. There are great hiking opportunities nearby, such as the hike to the famous viewpoint Himakånå. The hike starts 3km from the harbour, on the road towards Hindarvåg. There is a gravel road/path all the way to the top which is at 357m. Great view over large areas!
