Nyborg var en overraskende hyggelig liten by med gode muligheter for proviantering på både Super Brugsen og Netto, generell handel og flere gode restaurantmuligheter. Godt beskyttet havn for de fleste vinder og rolig omgivelser til tross for å ligge nærmest midt i sentrum. Fine løpe- og turmuligheter i området.

Kommunen var veldig behjelpelig med å anvise plass og for oss som er >15m så var de behjelpelig med å holde en plass for oss og svarte raskt på mail. Telefonen har begrenset med betjeningstid også midt i sesongen, men de svarer raskt på mail om du er tidlig ute. Det er mange longside plasser, men også fortøyning mellom stolper.

Det var også veldig enkelt å legge til for diesel og bensinfylling i havnen. At prisen er høy får vurderes ut fra egen rekkeviddeangst.

For de som liker et godt brasserie så kan vi på det varmeste anbefale Roeds Brasserie. Nydelig mat og topp betjening til en god penge.
