The harbor is easily accessible from the North-East Sea Canal and offers sufficient berths. The pier where boats over 15 m can moor alongside is limited. Double mooring is possible.
Furthermore, there are many berths between the piles, also for wider vessels. With a width of 4.90 m, our ship fit comfortably between them, but mooring this way for a heavy steel ship is not ideal. Electricity and water are available on the piers.
Additionally, there is a good harbor restaurant and sanitary facilities nearby.
The center of Rendsburg is within walking distance, as is the train station. In the center, there are plenty of amenities.
We experienced the harbor as a calm and comfortable place.
