You have to use the floating jetty.

Entry to the harbour is not possible at low tide.
The sea bottom is soft mud and your boat will just sink straight down even with a single keel

There are no services at the harbour, but close by there are several buses taking you to various areas of the City of Edinburgh. There is as well a bus service to Edinburgh Airport. This harbour is really the only one Edinburgh, there is Port Edgar in South Queensferry which is a bit further in the Firth of Forth

Want to know how the wind score works? Then you should read this explanation.

The wind forecasts come from yr.no (Norwegian Meteorological Institute), and was last updated 1 hour and 5 minutes ago (Sunday 15 June 01:19 AM). The next night score shows you the worst hour between 22:00 and 08:00 the next night. We recommend that you check multiple sources for wind forecasts. windy.com is a good website to show larger wind systems.
