Innseiling og maritime forhold: Innseiling er merket med uformelle staker, hold rolig fart og god utkikk så går det bra. Det er best å gå inn fra Nordøst da innløpet fra vest er smalt og grunnt. Større seilbåter kan kun ligge inntil kaien ytterst på den lange trekaien (lengde til 2 seilbåter om den ytterste drar seg godt utfori kaihjørnet). God havn men mulig N og NW merkes litt her inne.
Ankring: En fortøyer longside langs lang trekai, eller med hekkanker mot halvøyen midt i havnen.
Området: Nydelig badefjære med langrunn sandstrand. Stupebrett på utsiden. Området er opparbeidet av BOF. Også et friluftsnøst med utedo for overnatting. Flere bålplasser Svært populær havn på godværsdager. Merk at selve gjestekaien er noe undersolt og det kan være kaldt til langt utpå dagen, men nydelige områder for soling langs stranden hvor solen kommer tidlig.
