The harbour is on the north end of the Curonian Spit. To get to the town Klaipeda you have to use the ferry. The area is very nature oriented, but there are some restaurants, too.

The harbour is easy to navigate. You have to keep a lookout for cargo ships and ferrys though. The industrial harbour is right across the canal. The marina personnel is very friendly and helpful. The accomodations are in good shape and clean.
