Innseiling og maritime forhold: Flytebryggen på Nordmannsneset. Enkel innseiling, men ikke lett å se bryggen før man er helt nær. Grunt mot land, men brådjupt. Vi lå med seilbåt som stikker 2,05 og hadde nesten halve båten utenfor brygga.
Ankring: Dybder ved flytebrygga ift. Sjøkartnull, målt med loddsnor ved pullerter er fra innerst: 2,1 - 3,6 - 5,1 meter. Det er også god holdebunn for anker mellom elveutløpene på ca 8 meters dybde. Obs på svingdiameter, noe grunt mot sør.
Området: Fottur opp til fossene i Melkelva anbefales. En drøy time t/r. Noe bratt oppstigning, så sko med gode såler anbefales.
