Ved vesta- eller nordavind og sjø, kan det være noe utfordrende å komme inn moloen, og brekke hardt babord, hvor gjestebrygga er. Det er hele brygga langs moloen nord i havna, samt nabo fingeren, inn mot båsene mot land. Flott havneanlegg med veldig gode fasiliteter. Kort vei til sentrum, samt opp på fjellet nord for sentrum. Flott utsikt oppe på vel 500 moh., følger bilvei, og grusvei opp til sætrene.
