Det er noen gjesteplasser langs flytebrygga, og det er gjesteplasser på utsiden av bølgedemper. Gode dybder. Vann og strøm på brygga. Ikke servicefasiliteter på land. Havna er åpen for vind fra SØ til NØ. God havn ved S-SV vind. Svolværingen pub/restaurant på brygga var stengt medio juli 2026. Butikk med digital tilgang 24/7 rett opp i veien. Tranøy fyr er verdt et besøk, ca 3km fra havna. Det er flere gallerier og div kunstinstallasjoner i området.
