Dette er en vakker havn som jeg har benyttet når det blåser mye mellom Lindesnes og Farsund. Det er ca 4 nm ut til leden. Havnen gir god beskyttelse, og selv om innløpet er åpent mot syd så er landskapet utenfor høyt og gir le mot vind og sjø.
Innløpet er trangt og ledstreken i mine Navionics kart er tegnet for langt vest og for langt inn mot skjæret til babord. Havneguidens kartskisse er bedre. Dybde 3-4 meter. Vel inne er dybdene gode 6-7 meter med godt ankerfeste. Det er plass til flere båter, men jeg har aldri opplevd flere enn to.
