Approach and maritime conditions: Vestnes is located on the south side of Romsdalsfjorden, approximately 30 minutes to Molde. The guest harbor is right inside the breakwater.
Docking: Space for about 15 boats at the floating dock at the stern end. 3 outriggers make docking easy. You can stay completely still as the harbor is fully sheltered.
The area: Located in the middle of the municipal center with shops, restaurants, and a liquor store. Nice hiking opportunities along Flatevågen, which is equipped with walkways, grills, and swimming spots. There's a nice swimming spot just north of the city center. There is also the possibility of a short mountain hike to Rambergkollen.
