Entry and maritime conditions: North in Austevoll on Krossøya. Coming from the south, there are no obstacles. Coming from the north, one can go on the west side in Upselesundet, note the high voltage lines approximately 20m high. One can also go on the east side via Krosshamnsundet in a well-marked channel.
Anchoring: Good anchoring spot with sandy bottom and good holding. Depth 5 - 10 meters depending on how far in you go. Some bolts fixed in the rock. Condition of these is unknown. There might be some swell from the south, otherwise a very calm harbor.
The area: The area is quite overgrown and requires good footwear for walks on land. Nice area for paddling.
