Approach and maritime conditions: Natural harbor west of Bømlo, right by Skotningen lighthouse. Simple approach between two iron stakes.
Anchoring: Anchoring at depths from 8-15m. Typical depth is around 10m at the natural anchoring spot. It is possible to dock alongside the rock on the east side, but it is steep to come ashore there. The harbor generally provides good protection, but wind and waves from S-SE will be felt.
