Navigation is straightforward. The jetties are a bit old. PLEASE NOTE: There is a self-closing door at the start of the jetty. You’ll need a key for this, which you can get from the harbour master. If you arrive outside of opening hours, you’ll find a telephone number. The harbour master has hidden a few keys. He’ll tell you where they are. 200 SEK including electricity in 2025
A few places to buy food and other items in town.
Note (2026): If you are visiting out of season, the harbour master may neither answer your call nor ring you back. Please bear this in mind if you are travelling alone, as, as mentioned, the self-closing door may prevent you from getting back to your boat.

Want to know how the wind score works? Then you should read this explanation.
The wind forecasts come from yr.no (Norwegian Meteorological Institute), and was last updated 1 hour and 47 minutes ago (Wednesday 24 June 02:28 PM). The next night score shows you the worst hour between 22:00 and 08:00 the next night. We recommend that you check multiple sources for wind forecasts. windy.com is a good website to show larger wind systems.
The safe wind directions for this harbour has been decided by an algorithm, based on how elevated the land around the harbour is. It's mostly correct, but sometimes the underlying data about elevation levels is not good enough to make correct decisions. It's a great help to other if you can validate or adjust the safe wind directions. You can see the data used by the algorithm to decide the safe wind directions by clicking here.
