The entry into bay and channel needs to carefully monitored as there are only two marker posts indicating a sharp turn .. the channel is narrow in a wide bay. So visually is misleading.
The mooring area is stern buoy and bow lines to shore .. but my 38ft boat was actually just a touch too long - with the stern buoy ring near touching the cleat. I would suggest 30 - 33ft is max on the stbd side if using this buoy arrangement.
Port side of harbour is a works area at first but then you have alongside mooring.
The harbour is narrow so make sure manoeuvring astern to depart is done well ...
The owner / manager and wife are extremely nice people ... and he is an ex single handed circum navigator. His boat that did it is moored alongside there.
I highly recc'd this harbour ... in high summer will be beautiful.

Want to know how the wind score works? Then you should read this explanation.
The wind forecasts come from yr.no (Norwegian Meteorological Institute), and was last updated 1 hour and 53 minutes ago (Wednesday 30 April 01:28 PM). The next night score shows you the worst hour between 22:00 and 08:00 the next night. We recommend that you check multiple sources for wind forecasts. windy.com is a good website to show larger wind systems.
The safe wind directions for this harbour has been decided by an algorithm, based on how elevated the land around the harbour is. It's mostly correct, but sometimes the underlying data about elevation levels is not good enough to make correct decisions. It's a great help to other if you can validate or adjust the safe wind directions. You can see the data used by the algorithm to decide the safe wind directions by clicking here.
