Olav Pekeberg says:
description
Entrance and maritime conditions: Idyllic bay between Hallarøya and Ramsøya, in the strait southwest of Lya. The entrance is in this strait, marked by several buoys, but there is also an unmarked shoal of 2 meters in the middle of the fairway that you need to be aware of. The bay where you anchor is not well detailed on nautical charts, so you must navigate carefully. The innermost part of the bay becomes very shallow. The harbor is calm on quiet days, but it is not very well protected from wind or sea. It is also relatively tight here, making it a classic fair-weather harbor.
Anchoring: Anchoring depth 6-12 meters. It is possible to anchor with a stern line against the east side of Hallarøya, where there is a solid post to moor to.
