Petit mouillage pour 1 à 2 bateaux, situé à gauche juste après les balises d’entrée du port. On mouille par 6-7 mètres de fond, sur une vase dure offrant une bonne tenue. De là, l’usine de farine de poisson n’est pas visible, et l’aéroport à proximité a un impact limité sur l’endroit. En ville, un grand magasin d’accastillage, très bien achalandé, est à disposition.

Approach and Maritime Conditions: The approach to Gunhildsvågen is either from the west or the south through Furusund. It is shallow inside the bay itself, and you should follow GPS.
Anchoring: Anchoring at 6-8 meters in a muddy bottom. There are also several piers and floating docks in the area, but make sure to ask before using these.
The Area: There are several marinas and industries in Gunhildsvågen, and it is not particularly a beautiful harbor to stay in. Gunhildsvågen is within walking distance to Florø Airport, which is very convenient for crew changes.
