It says in description that’s unfinished. I would say it’s abandoned, ghost marina. Yes, it looks a bit creepy, entering at night, but it gives a good shelter in bad weather. We stayed there two nights and survived. At first was blowing over 30kn from south, so we stayed on northern side of inner quay, and during next day wind changed to NNW so we moved do southern side. There was plenty of place.
