So it appears that the URL "www.rycb.be/jachthaven-cadzand/" results in a 404. Therefore I presume the contact information (phone: +31 117 85 08 63. email: Cadzand@rycb.be) is obsolete.

There is a new URL "https://www.jachthavencadzand.nl" and the mentioned harbourmaster seems the same guy!

Good harbour with excellent facilities. Next to the beaches. Great restaurants.
There can be quite a swell in the harbour. And beware of the entrance depht at low tide if you have a deep keel.
