Vollen Marina has over the past few years developed a new and pleasant guest harbor. The guest spots are primarily located at the outermost part of the marina, outside the permanent spots for residents.

It is very deep, and you moor between Y-booms, and there are also a few longside spots available. In theory, you can moor alongside towards the Oslofjord, but there is a lot of wave traffic, and if the wind picks up a bit, it becomes very unsettled.

You will especially notice the northern winds that stir up the sea from Oslo towards the harbor. Additionally, it is seldom in doubt when the Color Line and DFDS ferries have passed in and out of the fjord. You can feel their presence.

Otherwise, there are new and modern facilities on the dock with an underwater training room, laundry room, and toilets. There is a small bar at the far end of the dock belonging to the restaurant situated at the innermost part of the marina. There are also several cafes, a bakery, a sushi restaurant, and a grocery store if you go ashore.

You can also take the fast boat to Oslo or further out into the fjord from Vollen.

For diving enthusiasts, there is a very good and active diving center at the marina, as well as several boat sellers for those who want to be tempted.
