description
This is the ferry dock at Whitehall, Stronsay. At the outer northeastern side of the dock, there is a farming boat. Otherwise, it is mostly vacant on both sides. Dock on the side that provides shelter from the wind, not too far inside where it is too shallow.
Next to the waiting room at the end of the dock, there is water.
If you have adapters and a long enough cable, you can get power from inside the waiting room.
In the same building as Stronsay Fishmart Hostel & Café, there is an open door to the toilet and shower.
Ready for the most beautiful bike ride ever? Beside the Stronsay Heritage Centre, there are four bikes that can be borrowed for free. No matter where you cycle, you have a sea view! Take a trip to Vat of Kirbister and walk down to the cliffs. You can also ask in the café or the shop for Julie who charges 10 pounds for a taxi ride to the same place.
