Il posto vale la pena di una sosta e ha molto fascino. Oltre a un negozio ben fornito di equipaggiamenti per barche che ha anche generi alimentari di base, ci sono anche 2 ristoranti, una bellissima passeggiata lungo il canale, una spiaggia e un sentiero spettacolare (e mal segnalato) attraverso una spaccatura nella montagna dove ci sono varie pietre incastrate sopra di te mentre percorri il sentiero stretto.
Ci sono 2 pontili per visitatori, il più settentrionale appartenente al GMB marina e a sud delle barche da pesca un pontile comunale per visitatori. In entrambi i punti si ormeggia longside all'esterno, e in entrambi ci sono doccia e toilette a terra. Anche se c'è molto traffico nel canale durante il giorno, non abbiamo riscontrato che le onde siano un problema. È un po' insolito dover pagare per l'acqua (5 corone per 80 litri).
