Many good anchorage options. You can find good protection from winds from the west, south, and east. On the islet of Ballen, one can be partially sheltered from the north wind.
On Singløya there are wonderful hiking trails. Here the landowner has established a sculpture project that is about "connecting history with the present and future." Read more at singloya.no
