The harbour has poor holding ground and is exposed to strong katabatic winds from Hornelen with southern wind directions. Several private buoys in the bay also mean there is no swinging room to anchor. I would not recommend this harbour.

It is possible to moor alongside the pier on the north side of the harbor. The middle part of the pier has sufficient depth for sailboats. Probably not something one should do during peak season, but outside of the season and mid-week, you can moor well alongside the pier.

Poor holding ground. Gave up anchoring after two attempts with a Rocna anchor did not hold. A lot of bottom vegetation on the anchor when I pulled it up.
