Good place for sheltered anchorage in westerly wind. Watch out for the pipeline (marked on the map) when you drop the anchor.

This is a narrow harbor, so it is important to arrive early. The description from others must be read before mooring here in bad weather.
The area is a tourist spot with many restaurants. Beautiful hiking trail out to the lighthouse.
Nice anchor cove on the outside when conditions permit.

A good alternative when north and west winds make it uncomfortable to stay in the bay at Lille Danemark. Possibilities to dock sideways along the rock face towards Uløen, although the swell from the fairway is quite noticeable.

Very good harbor in the city center, excellent facilities with water and electricity on the pier. Well-protected from the wakes of the ferries.

We have a draft of 2.3 meters and ran aground in Jøran on the north side of Bjørkø head. On the south side, we came close to the rock and lay nicely.
Boat traffic is also not disturbing in terms of sea swell.

Nice harbor, but fairly shallow entrance. It measured 2 meters, but we draw 2.3 and it went well. The stakes that guide into the harbor are very small and only stick 50cm above the surface.
We got a place along the breakwater, it is covered with wood and is easy to fend against.
It is a popular but tight harbor.

Sway opportunities outside the harbor. The high ridge to the west/southwest provides good shelter from the wind. Experienced good holding ground.
