According to the Clyde Cruising Club Ardnamurchan to Cape Wrath, page 86, the entrance dries out at low tide. Likewise, the bay on the southeast side. That means you must enter at high tide and leave at high tide with a sailing boat.

Mooring to floating pier. Moderate breeze from NW along the fjord. Inside the harbour almost calm. Many boats at anchor across the bay. Friendly people as usual in Scotland.
