Approach and maritime conditions: Safe harbor, but annoying waves from passenger ferries.
Mooring: Mooring alongside.
The area: In the middle of the city. Nice walks and a lot of history.

Mooring: Moor alongside. It is high up to the docks at low tide. Lots of traffic from people going to and from Kalvøya. There are nice docks further up the river, but poor marking makes it a risky sport to navigate up the river. Water and electricity on the dock. Septic tank emptying station (works occasionally).
The Area: Nice swimming area at Kadettangen and good recreational areas on Kalvøya. Short distance to Sandvika with lots of shops and Sandvika Storsenter.
