Nice surroundings, especially for the cat that can go ashore. Located by the stone pier. Stayed safely overnight in rain and wind, due to the deck so we didn't need to put out many fenders. There is an outdoor toilet with a light in the ceiling and bark, and a tap with water and soap.
Pärlan, my IF Marieholm 26 has a draft of 1.25m. Kept a line angled in from the red buoy towards the stone pier because of the 0.1m shoal, see chart. The depth is just enough at low tide. Shallow by the long pier. Only for small boats or use anchor. About 2.5m out in the bay.
Star for the wild plum trees I found behind the white house. Nice for walking on the island, but a bit overgrown and very windy.
