Easy access, exposure to SE winds but otherwise well protected and good holding as noted previously. Access to marina, washroom, restaurant and shopping from marina dinghy dock. Also nice beach to walk dog. Access to Sea Star winery (30 minute walk) and Twin Island Cider (5 minute walk) from municipal dock on north shore. Saturday morning market is further but worth the walk.

Easy entrance from Malaspina Inlet. Good holding with shore ties on east and west shores. Room to swing in middle. Pit WC at camp site at head of harbour. 1 km walk from campsite to fresh water lake for swimming, although bay is also great for a quick dip in warm water. Good protection but sun sets early.

Only exposed to strong NW and W winds. Easy access for anchoring with good holding toward head of bay past marina and ferry dock that are on north shore. Park dock and WC with running water (not potable) on south shore. Read charts carefully to avoid reefs near south shore.
Marina has a dingy dock also with café, small store etc. Easy 2 km walk to Saturday farmers market. Good walks in surrounding forests. Don’t miss the museum on weekends.

Easy entrance and relatively deep, watch for reef on south side and rapid shallowing as you approach the head. Pay attention to north westerlies, otherwise well protected.
