Approach and maritime conditions: The area Lera just outside, sheltered and good harbor, even when the weather is rough.
Beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, restaurant about 5-10 minutes walk from the guest harbor.
Bus connection to the city center a couple of minutes walk from the harbor.
Mooring: Alongside guest pier, multiple boats can moor alongside each other.
