Since I was uncertain about the depth of the lagoon, I stayed along the pier that extends north from the house. The pier is poorly maintained and lacks wooden fendering in long sections. It is full of sharp protruding metal parts. The tour boat disregards moored boats and creates significant wake, resulting in damage to my boat. A nice place, but you should probably stay in the lagoon. Harriet 3, 2024.

There are 2 jetties in the bay. At the innermost one, as shown by the boat with the motorboats, a small fishing boat is permanently moored. The outer one, a floating jetty, is next to a caravan with a roof over it. The caravan looks like it hasn't been inhabited for a long time. Not entirely easy to walk on the island but beautiful.
