Hvalenbukta: Fint å ankre her. Godt feste.
Hvalenbukta: Mange stier å gå rundt på. Det finnes også gamle bunkerser her på øya. Om sommeren beiter det sauer her også.
Hvalenbukta: Et yndet sted for barnefamilier.

Innseiling og maritime forhold: Innseiling like nor for Skarvbergneset lykt.
Ankring: 10-15 meter. Leire eller sandbunn. Fester for å fortøyning mot land på nordsiden.
Det finnes en liten brygge man kan gå på land fra her er det veldig grunt på fjære sjø.
Ligger du med styrbord side mot brygga ligger det en stein som kan være kritisk. Max dypgående 2 mtr.
Har du litt store fendre (ca 50 cm i diameter eller mer) kan du trygt ligge her hvis ikke det er for mye bølger som kommer inn.
Det går en del større fartøy ut og inn fjorden som kan skape litt sjø, uproblematisk når du ankrer.
Området: Flere stier barn kan gå på "oppdagelsesferd".
Sauer beiter på øya så vær obs hvis du har med hund.
