Flytebryggen i Longva Småbåtlag ligger rett inn i havna. Bildet er tatt fra landsiden. Når du ankommer havna seiler du inn i åpningen i moloen midt i bildet. Det er god plass til fire større båter på hver side av brygga. Den innerste siden av gjestebrygga (mot vest) kan være litt kronglete å navigere til i sterk vind. .
Ved gjestebrygga til Longva Småbåtlag finner du et lite skur hvor du kan levere avfall. Her finner du også informasjon om hvordan du betaler havneleie.
Innseilingen til Longva Småbåtlag er problemfri, men vær oppmerksom for grunne forhold tett på land inne i havna.

Longva Småbåtlag: Nå er det laget utleggere for lokale båter på innerste del av brygga, så det er bare ytre del som er gjestebrygge, men det er fortsatt mange gjesteplasser.
Longva Småbåtlag: Vind fra sørøst kan trykke litt på inne i havna, så da var det greit å ligge på "innsiden" av brygga.

Innseiling og maritime forhold: Longva havn ligger på sydsiden av Flemsøya, nord for Ålesund. Havna er et godt sted å overnatte på ferden langs kysten. Innseilingen er ukomplisert, og gjestebrygga er en flytebrygga som du ser rett frem når du kommer inn i havna. Det kan være litt trang å komme til på innsiden (vestsiden) av brygga, men på yttersiden er det enkelt å legge til. Seilbåter må passe på å ikke gå for nærme land. Havna er en få i området som gir god beskyttelse på nordlig og nordøstlige vinder.
Området: Flemsøya er del av lyrekka Nordøyane, og ligger nord for Ålesund, på vei mot Ona, Bjørnsund og Hustadvika. Fra havna ser man sør mot Haramsøya som i 2021 var mye i søkelyset på grunn av protester mot utbygging av vindkraft på øya.
